A tractor track through a snowdrift with a wall of bright autumn leaves. A wintry country road closed off by a corrugated iron facade. Tiny deer crossing a snowy field, camouflaged by autum textures. An upside-down FCKAFD sticker floating in the sky between the turbines of a wind farm, gently reminding us that the MAGA-, ICE- and Putin-loving German right-wing fascist party sucks and finally has to be verboten now.
Yes, it's double exposure time!
Above you can see two 35mm toy cameras. The spread-out one is/was a Jelly Cam, which I dismantled as far as I needed to assess whether I would even have the confidence to try to fix it. No, I don't have it.
At least it let me take a couple of last pictures on a long expired Kodak EPH P1600 film of unknown year of manufacture in October 2025. Yet since it got stuck half-way and I didn't know if the shutter had even worked so far, I used the film again in the Exacta camera in January 2026.
I still lost over a third of the potential 36+ frames. The rest is shown below.
Since both cameras wind(ed) the film into opposite directions the Jelly Cam pictures are upside-down - except for a couple where the autumn exposure was dominant or alone, which I turned around.
That was today's plastic lens nerd talk. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER!!!
