The nine tracks on this album are much more all over the place than the first one or two times of listening will reveal to you. Boris Heavy Rocks mode meets Uniform's Noise and Industrial. Drone Doom, Hardcore and Thrash Metal, Catchy vocal lines permanently switching between English and Japanese. Crust Punk itching and Synthwave glitter. The combined sextet of both trios - additionally aided by Steve Moore on bass and Randall Dunn on synth - really threw ideas from (almost) every area of their respective expertise into the ring for this short but pleasantly ass-kicking album.

Yeah, it's a lot, but it's also all one, united in its dirty uncompromising sound, its bleak brutality of the fun and cathartic kind.

Fuck yeah, this is a perfect fuck you record! Banger!
